Engineers typically use both units of measurement and don't really care which one it is. The advantages of the metric system pretty much exist only for the laymen.

Canada will never give up their currency as it is the most stable and valuable currency in North America.

Finally, a third world war will break out before China's monopoly on the dollar is relevant.

Not only will the dollar be dead, but so will the entire US system of measurement!! I vote yes on making everyone learn the metric system and abolishing the entire concept of "inches, feet, and miles." Bring on millimeters, centimeters, meters, kilometers, and non-American football!

This is the funniest thing I've seen all day. Obviously nobody is going to buy this camera, so the comments don't matter. However, the Amero or Mexi or whatever you want to call the proposed Mexican currency will never kill the dollar. All hail the dollar. ha ha.....

Believe me the dollar will be dead by then if the rumours going around are true, I wasn't being cynical, though I've obviously ruffled a few feathers with my benign footnote.

Just Google the 'Amero', the new currency being planned for Mexico, the USA and Canada to replace the dollar that the political elite want to impose on Americans without their consent.

Could be bullshit I know, or it could be true, only time will tell.

i was able to plug it into an external monitor and the image was crystal clear. I am just worried that in time it will destroy my logic board. unfortunately i have just arrived in kenya yesterday, and i will be here for the next two months and i need my computer to do my work here.

I had the same problem with screen and at first thought it couldn't be the graphic card since my external monitor works fine. But after a few weeks, my computer went totally dead. Took it to Apple store and after some diagnostic tests, it turned out the graphic test failed, so that needed to be replaced along with logic board. You can't replace one without the other. So Nvidia graphic card is faulty and will damage your logic board if you don't have it fixed soon. Apple replaced mine for free due to faulty Nvidia graphic card even though my mbp is already out of warranty. Hope this helps.
